IPSC STATEMENT ON HANDGUN WORLD-SHOOT

Dear Regional Directors,

I know many of you are concerned about the upcoming Handgun World Shoot and the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

IPSC and the Match Organizers are monitoring the situation and are following the recommendations provided by the World Health Organisation, and other leading health authorities around the world.

We appreciate all the preparation work which has been done by the Match Organizers and would like to state that the location of the Handgun World Shoot will not be changed. In the event of a very bad situation, which we do not want, the WS will be postponed to another date at the same location.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and share any developments with you regarding Handgun World Shoot 2020. Please rest assured that IPSC and the Match Organizers will continue to do what is in the best interests and safety of all the participants.
